Together with fitness training, running is one of the most popular sports in the world. Often people start running without defining a clearly structured programme, but there are no such problems with our running programme. Your employees receive 12 weeks of running training under the supervision of a professional and experienced trainer. They could use this to train for a specific running event, for example. Employees may also be requested to make a personal contribution. Another option is training as a team for a running competition, such as the ‘Dam tot Dam’ run.
Note. The composition of the group must be looked at carefully. The experience of running trainers has shown that people tend to register enthusiastically, but the diversity of the group causes many to drop out. The solution is more homogeneous groups; beginners and advanced.
