We believe that personal training (PT) ensures you the maximum effectivity in reaching your desired fitness goals. Your personal trainer will motivate you to the fullest and will push you to exceed your limits in these fun and super effective workouts.

During your first PT session the personal trainer will perform a few easy tests and discuss a short questionnaire with you to define your specific baseline situation and determine your goals. Based on this the trainer will make a training plan to achieve the set goal.
