Boxing

This form of training is becoming increasingly popular in the Netherlands. It’s a challenging group lesson that everyone can participate in, from beginners to advanced. During the lessons, the most important boxing techniques are taught and different boxing materials used.

Boxing requires attention to techniques, endurance and strength. In terms of physical condition in particular, it offers a great challenge to all participants.

Boxing workshops are organised for periods of 4 weeks or more.
